@ my lola’s house

Today, we had our exposure trip at Ayala Museum in Makati featuring the works of Carlos “Botong” Francisco. But in other floors there were different collections like the ceramic collection of The Villanuevas (btw most of the displays came from having trade to goods that time, mostly from China and Thailand); the Textile area which shows the early fashion statements of the Filipinos (what caught my attention was the details on the embroideries. It was really impressive); also, the Gold collections wherein it showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of the early Filipinos through making accessories. There were ear ornaments, necklaces, even belt that weighs around 3kg made of pure Gold omg diba.
There’s more to see but Im just too lazy to list down everything here =)) You guys can check it out, entrance fee is 125PHP for students.
Although taking pictures weren’t allowed (so I took the outside only instead), the experience itself can already be considered as photographs. Everything is a must-see. And man you have to go there with a tour guide. It will take you forever if you’re planning to go without one (cos you know, you’ll have to read everything, and watch clips). That’s all heehee wow my first text post since… a long time ago haha

Visited my former school (UST) to watch the annual Inter-Major dance competition of Faculty of Arts and Letters and showed support to the Political Science Dance Troupe (CRITICAL) as well. I was a member of it before, but I transferred school, so.. yeah.

This year’s theme was all about video games (Red Alert, Tekken, Angry Bird, and such). Communication Arts conquered the throne this year, while us, Critical, dropped from last year’s 1st runner up to 2nd. But it’s totally okay, at least we made it to Top 3 again. Cos you know this is the 3rd year that we had a place in this contest. Last 2 years ago, we were Champions (although I was still on my senior year in high school that time heehee).

I also grabbed the chance to see my blockmates back when I was still 1st year :-) I super duper missed them. I miss having solid peers, as in the kind of people whom I get to share the same issues/rumours in the class. I miss having a block. ;(

And of course, my Critical family :-) I am so proud of you guys! :-) I miss dancing with you.
